No, we will come to your school and install it for you.
We know that student privacy is very important and sensitive. We collect the student's first and last name, email address, and whether they are left or right-handed. We use their name to generate reports for the teachers. The email address is only used if a student forgets their password. If collecting any of this data is a problem for your school, please let us know and we will make the proper adjustments to comply with your school’s policies.
During the installation, we ask the school to designate an on-site operator who will be the first point of contact for students in setting up their accounts or reporting any technical problems. This operator will also be responsible for bi-monthly, routine checks to ensure the cameras and lights are in the correct position. In general, we've found that an operator spends less than minutes per month on routine maintenance.
In the case of any issues which are not resolved by simple repositioning of the lights and cameras, SignAll's IT service team is available to diagnose and solve any issues. We may ask the on-site operator for additional details of the issue, but our service team can remotely access the computer to diagnose and resolve any issues with the software.
